How do I find out WHICH wine makers do their own bottling?

I have spent the last 12 years in Europe for Safmarine and have returned to SA, but have wonderful contacts I would like to share with the wine farms that actually do their own bottling.

How do I find out which farms do this?

(I have been away too long)
