Hi, I am a Sommelier student from Finland. Within our studies we have to make an essey from a wine making country and I am doing it from South Africa because of personal relations to the country and I am also a huge South African wine lover. I found lots of information in the internet of wine making in South Africa and I do also have one book, but what i did not find is the geological soil type information. So if anybody could send me a link or more info on what kind of soil types You have in the wine making region, I would appreciate it very very much. Thank You!
