| Cordoba Auction Reserve 2001 |
90% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot. The consistently superior quality of our cabernet franc vineyards is reflected in this cabernet franc dominated wine. Selection of the finest grapes and the best barrel of wine after 18 months of maturation in new French oak, inspired the bottling of this reserve wine. Reflective of the cool 2001 vintage, this wine shows elegance and understated quantities, typical of the wines of Cordoba. Tasting note: Dusty, peppery and spicy aromas on nose, followed by red and black berry flavours. Full bodied, supple tannins and a long finish. Elegantly oaked. |

| Cordoba Auction Reserve 2002 |
Cordoba’s finest Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were selected and separately vinified and matured in French oak barrels for 17 months. The best barrels were then selected and blended. Due to no fining and minimal filtration, sediment may form in the bottle. Tasting Note: The typical dusty, spicy, peppery characters of Cabernet Franc express themselves well in this wine. The palate is filled with red berry flavours, complimented by classic French oak flavours.

Due to no finings and minimal filtration, fine sediment may form in the bottle with time. Tasting Note: The typical dusty, spice, peppery characters of Cabernet Franc are well expressed in this wine.
