100% Colombar, taken through double distillation and matured for 11 years in French Limousin barrels. Tasting note: Rich, golden colour. Lovely dried peach and vanilla flavours with a long, lingering finish. A brandy that my great grandfather, who exported to London in 1880, would have been proud of.
