Bruce Jack Happy Hour 2009

Mostly Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon with a touch of Viognier, the grapes all originate in the cool climates of Elim and Elgin. All barrel fermented and then aged in barrel for 10 months. This wine has been designed to live for at least 10 years from bottling. With white wines we strive for a combination of weight and freshness. Our white wines are known for their intense presence, persistence and longevity. We want you, the customer, to not only be happy in the knowledge that you are purchasing brilliant quality wine, but also wine that adds a little joy to your life, a little sparkle and a lot of happiness. Tasting Notes: Intense green fig, green pepper, passion fruit and spice on the nose. Very concentrated, structured wine on palate showing citrus, vygie, green pepper, orange and cinnamon/vanilla toasty oak.
