No malolactic fermentation, 10 months in barrels. Bottled unfiltered after light bentonite fining. 70 cases were sold at the 2005 Auction. Tasting Notes Attractive yellow colour. Toasty oak and smoky, mineral character with underlying dried peach nose. Big, full palate with white peach flavours and leesy richness.
