Groot Constantia Auction Shiraz 2014

The grapes were hand harvested from selected blocks and fermented in open top barrels. Punch-downs were done at six hour intervals during fermentation. Post fermentation maceration for a week before being basket pressed. Wine was aged in a 2 700 litre French oak cask for 14 months.
