Hartenberg CWG Auction Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
80% new and 20% second fill French oak. The balance of this wine was used as the base for our Mackenzie red blend. 20 months in barrel. Tasting Notes: Inky black in colour, perfumed violets, cherry and spice on the bouquet. The palate is dense and full bodied, showing vanillin oak and spicy flavours.
