Le Riche Cabernet Sauvignon Auction Reserve 2006
This is a personal single vineyard selection. The wine underwent open tank fermentation for 5 days, followed by 10 days maceration on the skins. Maturation for 24 months in new French oak barrels. Tasting note: Full bodied Cabernet with a classic, ethereal, slightly vegetal quality. The palate is mouth filling with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
