This marks Survivor’s inaugural Pinotage offering at auction. Crafted by blending three barrels sourced from three different Swartland producers. The vineyards utilized boast an average age of 24 years, reflecting a depth of character and maturity in the grapes selected for this unique blend.
Tasting Notes: This wine has a lively, dense, deep red colour with a perfumed nose of blackberry fruit pastilles, strawberries, fynbos, cloves and notes of cinnamon derived from the use of exceptional quality oak.
Ready for drinking from 2025.
