Sourced from old, low-yielding bush vines, it is crafted with traditional open-top fermenters and manual punch-downs to preserve purity and structure. The wine showcases a bold yet refined expression of Pinotage, rooted in heritage and crafted with intention.
Tasting Notes: A full-bodied Pinotage that delivers both texture and elegance. Aromas of cassis and black cherries rise from the glass, framed by subtle oak spice. The palate reveals layers of dark chocolate and Asian spice, finishing savoury and persistent.
Ready for drinking from 2028 onwards.
