10% whole bunch grapes, 50% whole berries. Cold maceration for 4 – 5 days with post maceration for 10 days. Lightly pressed and barrel matured for 16 months. Unfiltered to the bottle after racking from three barrels – one first fill and two second fill. Sourced from block two – always the most rewarding terroir!
