Bouchard Finlayson Unfiltered Pinot Noir 2007

Winemaking Notes: In the winemaking, 10% of the grapes were supplied as whole bunch and 50% as whole berry. Cold maceration for 4-5 days with post fermentation maceration of ten days. Lightly pressed and barrel matured for 16 months. After thorough microbiological examination, the wine was bottled unfiltered. Tasting Notes: Engaging aroma of cherries, with long, velvety concentrated black fruit and a mouth-filling palate feel.
