- Hand-picked from four certified single vineyards on multiple dates.
- All four vineyards are Old Vine Project certified dryland bush vines, with planting dates ranging from 1968 to 1985.
- Grapes were chilled before being hand-sorted, whole bunch pressed and naturally fermented in old French oak barrels, with a portion fermented in cement for 11 months.
Tasting Notes: Focused on tension, purity, concentration and freshness with salinity as core.
Decant when young. Will mature well for 10 years plus.
