Grangehurst Auction Blend 2014 (1.5L bottles)
The grapes were hand-harvested, destemmed, hand-sorted, crushed and then
pumped to
open fermentation tanks; manual punch-downs four to six times
per day for colour, tannin
and flavour extraction; basket pressed and
matured for 33 months in French (80%) and
American (20%) oak barrels
with gentle gravity-flow bottling.
