Le Riche Cabernet Sauvignon Auction Reserve 2005
The grapes come from a personal single vineyard selection. The wine was fermented in oak for 5 days, followed by 10 days maceration on the skins. Maturation for 24 months in the same French oak barrels. Tasting note: Full bodied Cabernet with touch of mint and spice on the nose. The palate is mouth filling with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
