A barrel selection of our best Cabernet Franc vineyards, high up on the slopes of Vlaeberg Mountain, Polkadraai Hills Stellenbosch. Crafted exclusively for the CWG, Stella Nova Cabernet Franc 2021 intricately tells the story of the unique granite terroir of this ward.
Tasting Notes: A plush dark fruit palate with blue and black berry fruits, sweet cherry tobacco, and hints of graphite. This elegant expression of Cabernet Franc is medium bodied with supple tannins and a harmonious finish. There is a beguiling purity to this wine, and it will age supremely well.
