Hannes Storm is the winemaker and founder of Storm Wines in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Grown on low-yielding Bokkeveld shale soils, cooled by the maritime influence of the Atlantic Ocean. A unique single vineyard expression, a true reflection of terroir crafted with minimal intervention. Matured in carefully selected French oak barrels, honouring the characteristics of the wine’s terroir. Produced in exceptionally low volumes, highlighting the wine’s uniqueness and quality traits.
Tasting Notes: Crisp citrus minerality with underlying subtle spice from oak. White pear aromas unfold gracefully on the palate, leading to a long, lingering finish that completes this complex and focused wine.
