Hannes Storm is the winemaker and founder of Storm Wines in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. With over two decades of experience in the wine industry, Hannes has established himself as a leader in the production of premium quality wines. His winery, Storm Wines, is dedicated to producing wines that showcase the unique terroirs of the Hemel-en-Aarde.

Hannes’ passion for wine stems from his love of nature and the outdoors. He believes that the beauty and complexity of a wine should be a reflection of the land it was grown on. Hannes is committed to using sustainable and traditional winemaking practices that respect the environment and allow the grapes to express their full potential.

A unique single vineyard expression, a true reflection of terroir crafted with minimal intervention. Matured in carefully selected French oak barrels, honouring the characteristics of the wine’s terroir. Produced in exceptionally low volumes, highlighting the wine’s uniqueness and quality traits.

Tasting Notes: Crisp citrus minerality with underlying subtle spice from oak. White pear aromas unfold gracefully on the palate, leading to a long, lingering finish that completes this complex and focused wine.

Ready for drinking in 3 to 10 years.
