Alice Tsolo from Thaba-Nchu in the Free State studied winemaking at Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Duro in Portugal. She has a passion for nature and chose winemaking as this would allow her to engage with nature whilst generating a one-of-a-kind art piece through wine.
“I hope to become a well-known winemaker who provides outstanding advice to young people who want to pursue a career in winemaking,” she says.
